Elvis Presley is still alive according to hardcore Elvis Presley fans. Elvis Aaron Presley, was born to Vernon and Gladys Presley in a humble two bedroom house in Tupelo, Mississippi on January 8, 1935. However his twin brother was also born at the same time but passed away shortly when stillborn. So he became the only son and the only child of the family. Due to lack of opportunities to work, young Elvis and his family moved away to Memphis, Tennessee in 1948. It was a place that inspired Elvis to sing, play and dance. Despite not excelling at music in Humes High School but he manage to graduate in 1953.

At that time, Elvis’s musical influences were the country and pop music, he reinforced his desire in music by educating himself by frequently attending all night gospel sings. He wasn’t sure how and where he was inspired to love music but he believed the first time he heard the gospel music in church was the pivotal moment that drove him to love and learn more music. In 1954, he was shot to stardom where he began his singing career with Sun Records label in Memphis.  As his popularity grew, he attracted attention of RCA Victor who swiftly bought his recording contract. Memphis were stunned and amazed to have their own superstar singer in making where this ultimately gave the birth of Elvis Presley fans.

RCA Victor shot him to stardom where he was international sensation in 1956, not just because RCA Victor managed his career properly but Elvis had talent that were ahead of his time with a sound innovative style that uniquely blended together along with diverse musical influences that challenged the social and racial barriers of the time. He sang his way into whole new era of American music and culture with so much success like no one has ever managed and yet to be surpassed which will is unlikely.  Elvis’s talent, simmering good looks, charisma and a good sense of humour attracted him to millions of adoring fans where more and more new fans joined the Elvis Presley fans club.

Elvis heightened his fame to unimaginable level by starring in over 30 hollywood movies, despite the fact his all movies were deeply panned by the film critics, nonetheless his all movies were profitable as people went to watch his movie not for quality but to get to watch Elvis, the way he talked, the way he moved and the way he sang on the screen according Elvis Presley fans club. However despite the popularity of Elvis never seem to stop but it was beginning to take a toll on Elvis where he slaved away 24/7 touring all over the world that he did not get a chance to look after himself. He would binge eat and he fell in love with the fast-food, he was once famously given a birthday bashed by Elvis Presley Fans where they made Giant hamburger as a birthday cake!! As his weight ballooned within a year, it was taking a heavy toll on his music as well as his appearance, his anxious fans were getting hysterical on see their belove singer fading fast. Elvis was getting tired to such extent that he decided to take a break where he chose to go back to his Memphis home where he sadly passed away asleep on his bed due to heart failure on August 16, 1977. He was only 42.
